Ed eccoci al terzo incontro sul tema “Conoscersi attraverso il corpo”!

Questa volta il titolo è I Confini del Corpo, il seminario si terrà il 21 giugno (un lunedì) sempre presso la sede dell’Associazione inMetamorfosi, in via del fosso vecchio, 20 a Ospedaletto (PI). (La piccola strada di fronte all’Expo è via del fosso vecchio, la porta rossa sulla destra è l’entrata dell’Associazione).

Nei nostri incontri si sperimentano tecniche ideate da me e Federico (psicologo specializzando in bioenergetica) che fondono bioenergetica e shiatsu, quindi venite vestiti comodi, in tuta o maglietta, perché non si sta a guardare!

Chiediamo un contributo spese di 5 euro a testa, e i seminari saranno aperti ad un massimo di 15 persone a serata, per questo vi chiediamo di prenotare usando le e-mail o i numeri di telefono che trovate sul volantino.

I had a weekend full of joy.
I recharged my batteries (unfortunately not sleeping, so now I need to rest, and I CAN’T) seeing old friends, parents and walking around Venice.
I remembered that I love walking, and I miss going around on foot. These days I’m forced to commute by (motor)bike or by car, because I have a lot of things to do at home, and I can’t use one hour a day going by bicycle.
Yesterday I received a shiatsu treatment, it was nice and relaxing, today I have the first driving school lesson.
I’ll learn driving a real bike.

Beware.

I don’t know if I can explain what I feel today: it would be difficult in italian, and that’s my mother tongue…
Yesterday we had the seminar, the second of a bulk of four. There were eight participants, both women and men. They were all active and played together, as F. and me hoped.
F. and me worked very well together, we’re starting to understand each other without speaking, and our techinques start to merge flawless.

Many thanks to the group that was with us yesterday, without you we couldn’t have had such a good evening!

I’m in a hurry, I’ve been in a hurry for all the weekend, and I have expectation for a full week.
I’ll start with a shiatsu session, today, then dance, then the second seminar, then dance again and then Padova, to meet my friends and finally to my parents’.
I can’t wait to see them, and I hope for a sunny couple of days, because under the sun everything looks better, and it’d be perfect :)

Eccoci con un altro incontro del ciclo sul corpo e le emozioni!

Questa volta il tema sarà I colori del corpo, e si terrà il 19 maggio sempre presso la sede dell’Associazione inMetamorfosi, in via del fosso vecchio, 20 a Ospedaletto (PI). (La piccola strada di fronte all’Expo è via del fosso vecchio, la porta rossa sulla destra è l’entrata dell’Associazione).

Gli incontri sono tra loro collegati, ma non sono propedeutici l’uno all’altro, quindi se volete venire sarete i benvenuti.
I nostri sono incontri attivi, in cui sperimenterete alcune tecniche di bioenergetica e di shiatsu studiate da me e Federico, per osservare e apprezzare quanto siano legati il corpo, le emozioni e i colori.
