Full day, without headache :)
First work, then out in the snow (the snow…I brought it from the north…) to meet A. (not the usual A: a female A :D), a really interesting discussion on some really interesting issues (my future is on the line…and not only mine), then dance and then back home.
I overslept, but I needed to.
Today shiatsu :) I can’t wait :)

I’m excited.
There are news every day, everything seems to have started, after months of silence.
Wonderful news: I’m happy and full of expectations (great expectations, as in the book), I hope I won’t be pulled down under the earth, because my feet are really on the ground.

A friend from my old life, and a weekend of sun.
Some news, hope and something to think of.

my head is still aching, I think it’s due to the stifness of my shoulders…thanks to the non-stop day I had yesterday.
I know I should take a breath between two tasks, as in a full-day work and a dance class, via helping a friend with some errands (nice word “errand”, this I didn’t know before today), but I keep doing it, and this is the result: a bad night and a ugly morning.
I hope that writing it down helps me remembering…

Just wow.
The morning meditation brought zen into the day. I’ve been bubbling ideas all along the working day, then at home while I waited for my shiatsu session to start.
Great. For now it’s worth the effort :)

A mess of a day: worked, then home to sort out the room for today’s shiatsu, then prepared for the dance class, then dance, then pub, then bed…forgetting my cup of infusion on the table…definitely not a zen day.

A good day, and it was a monday!
Some projects are starting to be more than dreams, I’m realising what I really like, and an evening with A. is always a good ending for a day.

Hope the last for some time…
it’s been a good day, just A. and me (and a billion of others) playing with wooden furniture and eating swedish dishes. Tooo many people around, but we had our mission, and didn’t care too much of them :D
At home I almost collapsed on the sofa, so now we have the aforesaid wooden furniture stock in the hall, with some other useful and useless things waiting for tonight…or tomorrow…

A thoughtless day, so happy and dancing and full of sun and really … really thoughtless.
I need more of these days.
